About the Project
February is the perfect time to treat your taste buds. «NaVazhny Fest» is a two-week marathon dedicated to the legends of winter fishing: the freshest Smelt and Saffron Cod (Navaga).
As part of the festival, regional establishments present signature sets of three dishes at a fixed price. Each chef adds their own twist to classic recipes, creating true gastronomic masterpieces.
Guests can enjoy not only traditional ways of cooking fish but also discover unexpected combinations of flavors and textures in bold culinary interpretations.
